We use the information you the consumer provide at the time of order, to create an account with us, take payment if applicable and contact you to arrange delivery. No credit card or payment details are held or kept on file and any credit card details taken over the phone are manually input into a card machine whilst on the phone and card details are never written down.   • Suppliers who provide direct home delivery of your purchase.
  • Payment providers. We use Worldpay to process payments.
  • Tradespeople. We work with a number of tradespeople who assist us with your goods, such as assembly and fitting.
  • In response to a court order. It is possible, though unlikely, that we might be forced to disclose your information in response to a court order.
  • If you do not pay your bills, we may choose to engage a third party to recover any money you owe us.

Policy against advertising our website using unsolicited email messages

We require that all e-mails promoting our business or its products are sent only to customers who have agreed to receive such messages.
