During the current COVID-19 pandemic, everyone at Hann furnishing is diligently safeguarding themselves and all visitors to our store.
However, we are reminding all customers to adhere to the following essential guidelines for customer and staff safety.
Q: Are products still coming within quoted times?
A: We can get products within the quoted lead times, but unfortunately, whilst we endeavour to meet all lead times quoted, due to the current pandemic, Brexit and driver shortages, some items are taking longer than stated. We are actively trying to keep on top of all orders and update customers when we are aware of any delays.
If you require a product within a certain time, please contact us.
Q: What if your business stops trading?
A: We have been trading for over 15 years and have built up a stable and reliable business in that time. You only pay a small deposit when placing your order instore, and we never take the entire amount unless there is a reason for this, which happens in the case of ex-display items to secure them. We will only ask you to pay for the goods when you collect or before items are delivered to you.
Online is different and all orders are paid for in full at the time of ordering. If you would like to order paying only a small deposit please call us to order on 01506 44711.
Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes, under section 75 of the “consumer credit act”, credit card issuers must provide protection for purchases above £100 and below £30,000. Again, as above, you only pay a small deposit when placing your order, and we never take the entire amount unless there is a reason for this, which happens in the case of ex-display items to secure them. We will only ask you to pay for the goods when you collect or before items are delivered to you.
Q: Are deliveries affected as a result of COVID 19?
A: No, we can still deliver to you through our third-party specialised delivery company. All delivers are made in a secure compliment matter. Please do not arrange for delivery if you are isolating. Doing so places our staff and their families at risk of infection. We are very flexible and can easily rearrange a delivery date for you when any risk of infection has passed.
